Cancellation Policy

If the customer has paid online via credit card, debit card, net banking, or any prepaid mode of payment and would like to cancel the order before it is processed/shipped - therefore such customer can apply for cancellation with 100% Refund.

Cancellation policy is only applicable if the goods are not processed/shipped only. (The meaning of term "Processed" is "lenses are fit onto frames")
